The app is licensed to you under this agreement, not sold. This agreement includes the 10 minimum clauses Apple requires in a developer's End User License Agreement.
1. Parties and Responsibility
This agreement is solely between you and Seol Jihwan (trade name: Mustardmustache). Apple is not a party to this agreement. Seol Jihwan (trade name: Mustardmustache), rather than Apple, is responsible for the app and its contents.
By downloading or using the app, you are deemed to have agreed to this agreement. As of the effective date, the usage rules in this agreement do not conflict with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions, and this agreement does not limit any mandatory rights you have under applicable law.
2. Scope of License
Seol Jihwan (trade name: Mustardmustache) grants you a non-transferable license to use the app on Apple-branded products that you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. The app may also be used through Family Sharing or volume purchasing accounts as permitted by those Usage Rules.
You must not copy, distribute, rent, resell, sublicense, reverse engineer, disassemble, or modify the app, except as permitted by applicable law or the open-source licenses included in the app. Your license may terminate if you breach this agreement.
3. Maintenance and Support
Seol Jihwan (trade name: Mustardmustache) is responsible for maintaining and supporting the app. You can send inquiries to hello@mmche.studio. You and the developer acknowledge that Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app.
4. Warranty
Except for warranties that cannot be excluded under applicable law, the app is provided as is. If the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the app's purchase price.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple has no other warranty obligation concerning the app. Seol Jihwan (trade name: Mustardmustache) is responsible under applicable law for any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, or costs arising from a failure to conform to a warranty.
5. Product Claims
Seol Jihwan (trade name: Mustardmustache), rather than Apple, is responsible for addressing claims by you or any third party relating to the app or your possession or use of it. These include product liability claims, claims that the app fails to meet legal or regulatory requirements, and claims under consumer protection, privacy, or similar laws. This agreement does not limit the developer's liability beyond what applicable law permits.
6. Intellectual Property
If a third party claims that the app or your possession or use of it infringes their intellectual property rights, Seol Jihwan (trade name: Mustardmustache), rather than Apple, is responsible for investigating, defending, settling, and resolving that claim.
Rights to photos, stickers, and artworks you create with the app remain with you or the original rights holder, depending on the source materials and applicable law. You must select only materials you have the right to use.
7. Legal Compliance
You represent and warrant that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. government embargo or designated by the U.S. government as a terrorist-supporting country, and that you are not on any U.S. government list of prohibited or restricted parties. You must also comply with the applicable laws where you use the app.

9. Third-Party Terms
When using the app, you must comply with applicable third-party terms, including those for Apple Media Services, the App Store, iCloud, and your carrier's data services.
10. Apple as Third-Party Beneficiary
You and Seol Jihwan (trade name: Mustardmustache) acknowledge and agree that Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this agreement. Upon your acceptance of this agreement, Apple has the right, and is deemed to have accepted the right, to enforce this agreement against you as a third-party beneficiary.
In-App Purchases, Privacy, and the Effect of This Agreement
In-app purchases are one-time, non-consumable products processed through Apple App Store. The Notes unlock purchase unlocks only customization of the sticker Notes widget. You can request restoration of purchases in the app's Settings.
The separate Privacy Policy governs the processing of personal information. If any provision of this agreement is invalid under applicable law, the remaining provisions continue to apply. Mandatory laws, including consumer protection laws, take precedence over this agreement.
