This site provides official information about Mustardmustache and its original products. Each product has separate terms for its use.
This page reflects the service and platform behavior currently available.
1. Purpose
mmche.studio provides company information, a product index, legal notices, and official contact routes. Product descriptions and store links are informational; actual availability and features follow the relevant store and released product.
2. Intellectual property
Names, logos, copy, design, images, and editorial materials belong to Mustardmustache or their lawful owners. You may not reproduce, redistribute, sell, or use them misleadingly beyond personal reference without permission.
3. Prohibited use
Do not interfere with the site's security or operation, send excessive automated requests, infringe third-party rights, or falsely suggest an affiliation with Mustardmustache.
4. External services and links
External services such as the App Store, Google, and Toss have their own terms and privacy policies. Mustardmustache does not control their availability, payment systems, or policy changes.
5. Changes, closure, and liability
The site may change for security, quality, operational, or legal reasons. Where practicable, we give 30 days' notice before closing the entire site, except for urgent security or legal reasons.
To the extent permitted by law, site information is provided as available. Nothing limits liability for intentional or grossly negligent conduct or mandatory consumer rights.
6. Law, venue, and notice
Korean law applies, and venue follows the Korean Civil Procedure Act. Mandatory consumer protections where you live remain unaffected.
Ordinary changes are posted 7 days in advance and materially adverse changes 30 days in advance, with exceptions for urgent legal or security changes. If you do not accept a revised version, you can stop using the site.
7. Business information and dispute resolution
This site is operated by Mustardmustache, represented by 설지환. The business address and email appear at the end of this document.
Please raise any dispute about the site at hello@mmche.studio first; we will discuss it in good faith. If that does not resolve it, you may apply for mediation by the Consumer Dispute Settlement Commission of the Korea Consumer Agency under the Framework Act on Consumers, or bring a claim before the competent court.
For disputes about personal information, the Company Privacy Policy lists the Korean authorities that provide remedies.
