What to contact us about
We accept company, partnership, licensing, press, and general studio inquiries. Questions about app downloads, photos, ads, purchases, or data deletion belong on Nesecu Support.
What to include
Include a reply address, organization if relevant, the purpose of the inquiry, and any deadline. Do not send government identifiers, payment data, passwords, original photos of pets or children, or unnecessary sensitive information.
Retention and deletion
Ordinary inquiries are kept for one year after closure. Contract, purchase, refund, or dispute records are kept for three years unless law requires longer. You may request access or deletion through the same email address.
Product support
For Nesecu, send only the platform, device, operating system, app version, and reproduction steps. Original photos and sensitive information are not needed.
