By installing or using Nesecu, you agree to these terms. On iOS, Apple's Standard EULA controls, and these terms supplement it only where they do not conflict.
This page reflects the service and platform behavior currently available.
1. Service and platforms
Nesecu is a mobile game where a photo you choose becomes a sticker used in packs and board-filling play. Features may differ by platform, device, territory, and released version.
If descriptions differ, the currently released app, features available in the app, and store listing take priority.
2. Your photos and creations
You keep your rights in photos, stickers, and creations. Choose only content you have the right and necessary consent to use, and do not infringe another person's image, copyright, or privacy rights.
You grant Mustardmustache only the limited permission needed to process selected content on the device and provide the feature. Mustardmustache receives no right to reuse it for advertising, resale, or AI training.
3. Age and guardians
The intended audience is adult pet guardians and parents. Users under 14 must use Nesecu with guardian guidance and consent. Guardians should review selected photos and anything exported or shared.
4. Permitted use
You may use the app for personal, non-commercial entertainment. Do not reverse engineer it, bypass security, ads, or payment, disrupt operation, or infringe third-party rights.
5. Ads, purchases, restore, and refunds
The iOS version may include ads at selected transition points and optional rewarded ads. Play Without Ads is a non-consumable purchase that removes all iOS ads; the App Store displays the local price before purchase.
Apple handles payment, refunds, and payment disputes. The app offers restore, and a verified refund or revocation may remove the entitlement. Apps-in-Toss ads and purchases follow that platform's displayed terms and refund policy only when actually enabled.
6. Changes, closure, and local data
Features may change for security, quality, operational, or legal reasons. Where practicable, we give 30 days' notice before ending the service, except for urgent legal or security reasons.
Most photos and game data are local. Removing the app or Toss app or losing the device may make them unrecoverable, so export anything you need first.
7. Liability, law, and language
To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited for device or platform failures, loss of local data not exported by the user, and interruptions of external platforms. Nothing limits intentional or grossly negligent conduct or mandatory consumer rights.
Korean law applies and venue follows the Korean Civil Procedure Act. Mandatory consumer protections where you live prevail. The Korean text controls interpretation only where legally permitted.
8. Withdrawal of purchase and purchases by minors
For digital content sold inside the app, you have the right of withdrawal under Article 17 of the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce. Withdrawal may be limited where a statutory ground under paragraph 2 of that article applies, such as content damaged through your own fault or content whose value has significantly decreased through use.
Payment and refunds are handled by the platform that sold the item, under its own procedure. If that procedure does not resolve the issue, write to hello@mmche.studio and Mustardmustache will report what it can verify.
If a minor made a purchase without the consent of a legal representative, the minor or that representative may cancel it under Article 5 of the Korean Civil Act. Cancellation follows the selling platform's procedure, and Mustardmustache will explain that procedure on request.
Nesecu does not sell automatically renewing subscription products.
9. Business information and dispute resolution
The app is provided by Mustardmustache, represented by 설지환. The business address and email appear at the end of this document.
Please raise any dispute about use or payment at hello@mmche.studio first; we will discuss it in good faith. If that does not resolve it, you may apply for mediation by the Consumer Dispute Settlement Commission of the Korea Consumer Agency under the Framework Act on Consumers, or bring a claim before the competent court.
